I started Solution Six IT because I kept seeing the same problem: small businesses paying for Microsoft 365 but using less than a third of what they'd purchased. The security wasn't configured, the licenses weren't optimized, and Teams and SharePoint were either unused or in chaos. The fix isn't complicated — it just requires someone who actually knows the platform.
I've spent the last several years working exclusively within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem — deployments, migrations, security hardening, governance design, and licensing strategy. Every engagement I've taken on has been with businesses under 200 employees, because that's where the gap between what M365 can do and what it's actually doing is largest.
Solution Six IT is a one-person firm by design. That means you're always working directly with me — not a project manager, not a junior technician. If something isn't working or you have a question three months after the engagement closes, you call me directly.
